In 1983 after healing my terminal cancer with Eastern Medicine I started my journey into healing the body traveling to Boston, Costa Rica and Japan. I went to acupuncture/eastern medicine school in Portland, Oregon and the Kushi Institute in Boston, MA. studying “ancient energy arts” I have been helping my clients to live pain-free in a younger more vibrant feeling body by balancing and treating all the body and muscle systems… I am a Structural Integration Practitioner. I specialize in Soma Neuromuscular Integration; an heir to Rolfing. Soma effectively treats many conditions like auto and sports injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel, TMJ, depression, ADD, joint pain, and many more. TMS is usually the cause of all pain.

In both 2016 and 2024 it took a big hit financially. Also the stress I feel in bodies because of it is astounding. More bodywork is needed, not less.

I went to a physic in my 20’s and she told me I would have 1 son and be a great healer one day. Both have come true today. I am a vegan chef’ so my energy is both very balanced and strong. So in my 80’s when I was given a diagnosis of cervical cancer and suggested I have a hysterectomy, I remembered what my psychic said about having one son so instead of going that route I got into Eastern medicine to heal both breast cancer and cervical cancer. I have been helping my clients navigate their healing emotionally and physically for over 36 years.. After acupuncture college in the 80s I decided to use this knowledge using my hands instead of needles to assist the body and regeneration and recovery.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My mentor Michio Kushi which I traveled extensively throughout Japan with has been my greatest inspiration on my learning, path of holistic and macrobiotic health. I also credit all my brilliant teachers in the past for your strength and guidance..
