Exploring Life & Business with Margarita Y. Pinhas of Radiant Confidence

Today we’d like to introduce you to Margarita Y. Pinhas.

Hi Margarita , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story is really a story about transformation, finding my voice, and realizing that it is never too late to change direction.

I was born in Dagestan, in the former Soviet Union, and moved to Israel with my family when I was 10. I eventually built a career in technology, where I spent almost 20 years working in QA, integration, technical support, and IT. I learned a lot from that world. I learned how to solve problems, work under pressure, communicate with different people, and lead.

But at some point, I started asking myself a deeper question: What do I really want to contribute to the world?

That question led me on a completely different journey. I began studying yoga, coaching, mindfulness, NLP, leadership, personal development, and communication. What started as a personal search for balance and meaning gradually became my new profession.

I founded Success Yoga Center, where I began combining yoga, coaching, and mindset work to help people create meaningful change in their lives. I also discovered a passion for leadership and public speaking. Invented the Bridge Framework and Tell Me More Formula (more about it later). I became involved with International leadership organizations, challenged myself to become a better speaker, and eventually stepped onto the TEDx stage.

For me, public speaking became much more than standing on a stage. It became about connection, courage, and having the confidence to share your message even when your voice is shaking.

Today, I bring together all of these experiences. My background in technology taught me how to think and solve problems. Yoga taught me how to connect with the body and create balance. Coaching taught me how powerful our beliefs can be. Leadership and public speaking taught me how to use my voice to create impact.

Today I work with professionals, leaders, executives, and young people, helping them build confidence, communicate more effectively, and recognize possibilities they may not have seen in themselves before.

Looking back, I realize that none of the chapters of my life were wasted. Every experience prepared me for the work I am doing today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road, and I actually think that is an important part of my story.

There were many moments when I questioned myself and wondered if I was making the right decisions. Leaving a stable career in technology after almost 20 years was not easy. I was stepping away from something familiar and financially secure and moving into a completely different world where I had to build my own path.

I also had to overcome a lot of self doubt. Public speaking was not always comfortable for me. I had to learn how to stand in front of people, trust my voice, and stop worrying so much about how I was being perceived. That process taught me that confidence is not something you simply have. It is something you build through practice, courage, and choosing to keep going.

There were also personal challenges that shaped me. Growing up, I experienced moments when I struggled with identity, belonging, and feeling different. For a long time, I thought I needed to prove myself or fit into what other people expected of me. Eventually, I realized that the parts of me that once felt different were actually some of my greatest strengths.

Building my own businesses and programs has also come with uncertainty, setbacks, and plenty of moments when things did not go according to plan. There have been times when I had to start again, adjust my direction, and remind myself why I started.

What I have learned is that a smooth road does not necessarily create a strong person. The difficult moments forced me to become more resilient, more compassionate, and more willing to trust myself.

Today, when I work with someone who is struggling with confidence or feeling stuck, I can genuinely understand what they are experiencing because I have been there myself.

I do not believe our challenges are proof that we are on the wrong path. Sometimes they are the very experiences that prepare us for the impact we are meant to make.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My work today brings together everything I have learned throughout my journey: leadership, communication, coaching, yoga, mindfulness, mindset, and personal transformation.

Through Success Yoga Center, Confident Youth Speakers, and my communication and leadership programs, I help professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and young people become more confident, compelling, and authentic communicators.

Two frameworks are at the heart of my work: the BRIDGE Framework and my Tell Me More Formula.

The BRIDGE Framework is the foundation of my book, BRIDGE: The Leadership Framework, Human Connection in the Age of AI. It focuses on the human side of leadership and communication. My belief is that as technology and AI continue to evolve, human connection becomes even more valuable. We need leaders who can build trust, communicate with empathy, create meaningful relationships, and bring people together.

My Tell Me More Formula focuses on another powerful part of communication: curiosity.

I believe that the best communicators are not always the people who say the most. They are the people who know how to make others want to hear more.

The formula is about creating curiosity in the way we communicate so that people naturally lean in and think, “Tell me more.” Whether it is a presentation, a conversation, a social media post, a business pitch, or a story, I teach people how to create that moment of curiosity that makes someone want to continue listening.

What sets my work apart is that I look at communication from both the inside and the outside. I do not simply teach people what to say or how to speak on a stage. I also work with the mindset, beliefs, emotions, body language, and confidence that influence how someone shows up.

I combine communication and leadership strategies with coaching, mindfulness, yoga, NLP, and mindset techniques. This creates a holistic approach that helps people not only communicate better, but actually feel different when they communicate.

I am particularly passionate about helping young people develop these skills early. Public speaking is not just about becoming a professional speaker. It is a life skill. It teaches young people how to express their ideas, handle pressure, advocate for themselves, build confidence, and connect with others.

I am most proud that my work has evolved into something much bigger than public speaking. It is about helping people find their voice, communicate their value, create curiosity, build connection, and become the kind of leaders people want to listen to and follow.

Ultimately, I want people to remember one thing about my brand: your voice matters, but knowing how to make people lean in and want to hear that voice can change everything.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned is that we are capable of becoming so much more than the person we once believed we were.

For a long time, I thought confidence was something you either had or you did not. I believed that successful people simply knew who they were, knew what they wanted, and were not afraid to take risks. I have learned that confidence is built. It comes from taking action before you feel completely ready, facing the things that scare you, and learning to trust yourself along the way.

I have also learned that we should not underestimate the power of our own story. The experiences that once made me question myself became some of the experiences that shaped my purpose. My struggles with belonging, changing careers, building something of my own, and learning to speak confidently all became part of what allows me to connect with and help other people today.

Another important lesson is that we do not have to choose between being successful and being authentic. For me, real success is being able to use everything I have learned, including the difficult chapters, to create something meaningful and help others grow.

And perhaps the biggest lesson is this: sometimes we are waiting for permission to become the person we already have the potential to be.

We do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. We need the courage to take the next step, stay curious, and be willing to discover what is possible.

That mindset has changed my life, and it is something I try to bring into everything I do.
