Exploring Life & Business with Mary Leste of Access TLC Home Health and Hospice

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mary Leste.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Mary Leste I am a nurse and Executive Director, TLC (Tender Loving Care)Started with hospice Care in 1994 in Ventura County. We also started to provide caregiving services and Home Health Care in 2010,
( Access TLC Home Health) We are now in 4 counties in California including Santa Barbara County. We are also excited to be working with Cen Cal to help with the ECM Enhanced Care Management. We have recently added a new AI solution to help monitor clients that can’t afford 24/7 caregivers and still want to be at home with our Sensi detectors. So much is changing so fast and we are moving as fast as we can.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest struggle is finding the right staff that cares as much as you do. We have been blessed with wonderful staff and management and continue to look and hire if you know anyone let us know:)

Our Business is caring for people at their time of need and going thru the medical maze can be overwhelming. We are a resource center with social workers and nurses ready to help. We have care coordinators making visits and helping clients with their paperwork and emotional support. You wont find a better team out there.
We pride ourselves with empathy and support for others in need.
