institutional clearances, facility schedules, or administrative paperwork delays—I have to actively engineer solutions to wiggle out of those bottlenecks immediately to prevent revenue stagnation and ensure our service delivery remains uninterrupted.

A significant operational challenge has been the continual turnover within the barbering industry. Managing subcontractor junior barbers requires constant oversight.
