Hi Heidi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Dr. Heidi Taylor is a licensed clinical and depth psychologist from Los Angeles. She currently resides in Ventura County. She specializes in various types of trauma and mood disorders. She sees children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA graduating magna cum laude, a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from California Lutheran University, and a doctoral degree from Pacifica Graduate institute. She has worked in the mental health field for over thirty years. She facilitated the Ventura County chapter support group for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America for 10 years. She is also a court approved supervised visitation monitor in Ventura County, supervising visits between parents and children in cases of physical abuse, sexual abuse, substance abuse, domestic violence, flight risk, estrangement and mental illness.
