Today we’d like to introduce you to Summer Couture.
Hi Summer, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story started with a love for adventure and a Jeep that quickly became more than just a vehicle—it became a hobby and a passion. What began as weekend trail rides turned into learning how to build, repair, and customize my Jeep, documenting the journey along the way.
As I shared my experiences on social media, I realized there were so many people who enjoyed seeing the real side of off-roading—the wins, the breakdowns, the late nights in the garage, and the memories made on the trails. I enjoy creating content that inspires others to get outside, explore new places, and not be afraid to get their hands dirty working on their own rigs.
I’m also raising two boys who share my passion for the off-road world. Whether we’re out on the trails or in the garage turning wrenches, I love teaching them about mechanics, problem-solving, and the value of hard work. Watching them develop a love for off-roading and learning how things work has become one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
Outside of content creation, I’m a mom, an outdoor enthusiast, and someone who loves connecting with the off-road community. My goal is to continue growing my platform by sharing authentic adventures, honest experiences, and showing that every trail has a story worth telling and to just be yourself
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like many people who put themselves out there online, I’ve dealt with internet bullies and criticism. Learning not to let negative comments define me has been one of the biggest challenges.
Behind the scenes, life has also brought its share of hardships. I’ve experienced the loss of family members, and balancing grief with everyday life hasn’t always been easy. There have also been plenty of late nights spent editing content, working on my Jeep, and trying to juggle family life while staying consistent with creating.
Through every challenge, I’ve kept moving forward.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
During the week, I work as an insurance coordinator, helping patients navigate their insurance benefits so they can receive the hearing aids they need. I enjoy being able to make the process less stressful and help people improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, my focus is on my family and building a life centered around adventure. I’m raising two boys who share my love for off-roading and mechanics, and many of our weekends are spent exploring trails, working on our vehicles, and making memories together.
I’m known for being genuine and showing the real side of the off-road lifestyle—not just the scenic views, but also the repairs, the setbacks, and the hard work that goes into the hobby. What I’m most proud of is creating a life where my passions and my family come together. I hope to inspire others to get outside, learn new skills, and make lasting memories with the people they love.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to stay true to who you are. Along the way, I’ve realized that not everyone is who they seem to be, and that’s okay—it taught me to value genuine relationships and surround myself with people who truly support me.
I’ve also learned that sponsorships and opportunities don’t come easily. They take consistency, hard work, patience, and showing up even when it feels like no one is watching. Success doesn’t happen overnight.
Most importantly, I’ve learned to never stop being myself. Being authentic has opened more doors than trying to fit someone else’s idea of success. At the end of the day, I’d rather be remembered for being real than for trying to be someone I’m not.
