Meet Elizabeth of Central Coast (California)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth.

Hi Elizabeth, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Elizabeth — SDLuxuryBar

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a San Diego Latina native and have been in the beauty industry for over seven years. My journey started behind the front desk at a beauty academy, where I quickly fell in love with the beauty world and knew I wanted to create something of my own. I went on to attend esthetics school and eventually built my own business, **SDLuxuryBar**.

Today, I specialize primarily in **Korean lash lifts**, and what I love most about what I do is seeing the instant satisfaction on my clients’ faces when they see their results. There’s nothing better than helping someone feel confident, beautiful, and effortlessly put together.

I truly love what I do and feel so grateful to have turned my passion for beauty into a career I’m proud of. I’m really just a latina girl with a big dream. I thank anyone who has given me the opportunity to service them 🤍

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all! It wasn’t until after I had my first son that I decided to truly invest in myself and my business, especially through social media. I started completely on my own, with no help, and have grown my business from creating a small beauty room in my home to now booth renting and having completely booked-out books.

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and, most importantly, that I’m able to support and empower women by helping them feel their absolute best while still offering beauty services at an affordable price. 🤍

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in Korean lash lifts, where I get to be creative and create a completely customized look based on what each client is hoping to achieve, with results they can feel confident in.

I also believe your appointment should be more than just a beauty service. As women, we don’t always take the time to truly slow down and take a break, so I make it my goal to create a relaxing, peaceful experience every time.

When you step through my doors, you’re not just getting your lashes done you’re taking a break from life. You can relax, reset, and let me create a little magic with your lashes. ✨🤍

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
San Diego & Me

One of the things I feel most grateful for about growing up in San Diego is the opportunity to meet so many different people from all walks of life. I’ve had the privilege of learning about different cultures, religions, traditions, and perspectives and I truly believe that diversity is one of the most beautiful things about San Diego.

I love that my appointments are more than just a beauty service. They’re an opportunity for us to connect, get to know each other, and share a little piece of our lives.

The diversity and culture here are something I’ll always consider a privilege to be surrounded by. 🤍

Now, the one thing I *don’t* love about San Diego? **THE PARKING.** 😂
