Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started with something very simple: I loved creating beautiful spaces and giving old things a second life. What began as a passion for furniture makeovers and home projects slowly turned into something much bigger.
I started sharing my furniture flips, DIY projects, renovations, and everyday home life on social media. In the beginning, I was simply creating because I enjoyed it, but as I continued sharing, people began connecting with my projects and following along with my journey.
Over time, my page grew, and so did my opportunities. I started working with brands, creating more intentional content, and learning how to turn something I genuinely loved into a business. Balancing a full-time career, home renovations, content creation, and becoming a mom has definitely challenged me, but it has also made the journey that much more meaningful.
Today, I’m continuing to grow as a creator while staying true to what brought me here in the first place—creating, renovating, sharing real life, and hopefully inspiring other people to see the potential in what they already have. It’s been a journey of learning, taking chances, and figuring things out as I go, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has definitely not been a straight or easy one. I started by renovating and flipping furniture and sharing my projects online because I genuinely loved creating beautiful spaces and giving things a second life. What started as a hobby slowly grew into a community and eventually into opportunities to work with brands and turn content creation into a business.
Along the way, I’ve faced a lot of challenges. COVID changed so many things, the cost of materials and renovations continued to rise, and I’ve had experiences with contractors who took my money and never completed the work. I also hired an engineer who was paid to handle my plans and submissions, but the work wasn’t submitted as expected, which delayed my projects for months. Those experiences were incredibly frustrating, expensive, and discouraging.
On top of that, balancing a full-time career, running a home, renovating, creating content, and being a mom has taught me that there truly aren’t enough hours in the day. There have been many moments where I felt completely overwhelmed.
What kept me going was having the right people around me. Having my husband and family believe in me, support me, and stand behind me through the difficult moments made such a huge difference. I didn’t feel like I was carrying everything alone, and their support gave me the motivation to keep pushing forward even when things felt impossible.
I think that’s the biggest part of my story. I’ve had setbacks, unexpected expenses, delays, and plenty of moments where things didn’t go according to plan, but I kept going. Every challenge taught me something, made me stronger, and helped me become more intentional about what I’m building.
Today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and of the community I’ve built along the way. What started with furniture makeovers has grown into a much bigger creative journey involving home renovations, DIY, lifestyle, and sharing the real, imperfect process behind it all. I’m still learning and still building, but I’m grateful for the journey and for the people who have been beside me through it.

I’m a content creator and DIY home renovator specializing in furniture makeovers, home renovations, decorating, and transforming spaces in a way that feels beautiful but still realistic and achievable.
I’m best known for taking something that may look outdated, overlooked, or even destined to be thrown away and completely transforming it. Furniture makeovers are what originally brought people to my page, but over time my content has grown into larger home renovation projects, DIYs, decorating, organization, and sharing the real-life process behind creating a home.
What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built by being honest about the process. I don’t just show the perfect finished room—I share the mistakes, setbacks, unexpected costs, delays, and everything that happens behind the scenes. I think that makes my content relatable because real renovations rarely go perfectly.
What sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and actually do the work. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and figuring things out along the way, often alongside my husband. I also balance creating content with a career, a home, and motherhood, so my audience gets to see the reality of pursuing creative projects while managing everyday life.
Ultimately, I want people to look at my projects and think, “Maybe I can do that too.” Whether it’s transforming an old piece of furniture or tackling a much bigger renovation, I love showing people that you don’t always need to start over—you can create something beautiful with what you already have, a little creativity, and the willingness to try.
