Today we’d like to introduce you to Laila Whiting Clyburn.
Hi Laila, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been working within the medical aesthetic industry since 2016 and graduated nursing school in 2018. I recently went back to school for my Masters in Nursing which was completed in 2023. I have a strong passion for mental health advocacy. I worked in a well regarded corporate medicine practice within aesthetics and left in 2024 to start Injections by Laila. I am a mentor to our community of newer cosmetic injectors, and love serving my local community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Haha, not at all. My family relocated to CA in Feb 2020, just shy of one month prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.

I measure my success not by the size of my business, but by the strength of the relationships built within these walls.
